Program Overview

L&D professionals as well as executives/ managers in an organisation often play the role of facilitator in group interactions and learning sessions. Facilitation is a powerful tool because the facilitation process promotes productive and efficient communication, resulting in higher levels of engagement and satisfaction, which yields a better bottom line. This module is designed to help participants to effectively facilitate training programmes to optimize learning.
